Acceptance of Terms
By using SparkExperiment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Purpose of SparkExperiment
SparkExperiment helps you organize personal experiments; record activities, intake, observations, and treatments; and review health information and trends.
Not Medical Advice
SparkExperiment does not diagnose medical conditions, provide medical advice, or prescribe treatment. It does not establish that an intervention caused an observed change. Discuss medical decisions with qualified healthcare professionals.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, appropriate interpretation of observations, exported files you choose to share, and maintaining backups if you rely on exported files.
Apple Health
Health information availability and accuracy depend on Apple Health, connected devices and apps, and the permissions you grant. Missing or incomplete records can affect the information and trends you see.
No Guarantee of Results
Experiments, treatments, supplements, routines, and other interventions are not guaranteed to produce any specific outcome. Observed changes do not establish effectiveness or causation.
Software Availability
Functionality may change. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Intellectual Property
SparkExperiment and applicable LJ Spark materials remain the property of their respective owner. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
Third-Party Services
Apple Health, iOS, the App Store, and external services are subject to their own terms. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable provider’s terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as SparkExperiment changes. Updates will appear on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Review the terms periodically.
