SparkPages Privacy Policy
How SparkPages handles local projects, photo library permission, optional iCloud sync, exports, and deletion.

About this policy
This policy describes personal data in the SparkPages app. Website visits and information you choose to send to support are separate from locally stored app data.
Local-first storage
Projects, pages, layouts, crop recipes, folders, and settings are stored locally on your device using versioned local persistence.
Photo library access
SparkPages reads your photo library only after you grant system permission, and only to let you browse, select, and place photos. You can review or change access at any time in system settings.
Optional iCloud synchronization
Minimal synchronization keeps projects consistent across your own devices using your private iCloud. Data is not shared with other users, and LJ Spark does not receive your project content.
Data collection
No SparkPages account is required. Project content, photos, and exports are not uploaded to LJ Spark servers.
AI prompt generation
Create and Refine prompts are generated on device. SparkPages does not call an AI service and does not require a provider account or API key. What you do with a generated prompt outside the app is your choice.
Export
Exports, including PDF, Project Content JSON, and portable .sparkpages files, happen only when you initiate them. You choose the destination through the system share and file interfaces; handling after export depends on the destination you choose.
Deletion
You can delete projects and their local data at any time. Deleting a project does not delete photos in your photo library or copies of files you previously exported.
Website and support communications
This website uses Cloudflare hosting with observability enabled and loads third-party fonts and styling resources. These website services are separate from SparkPages app storage. If you email support, the information you choose to send leaves your device.
Policy updates
Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Contact Support
For troubleshooting, send only non-sensitive details such as app version, build number, OS version, and device model. Please do not send personal photos or exported project files.
